Worldwide Dispensers has expanded its hygienic product offering with the installation of a new clean room at its factory in Lester Prairie, Minnesota.
The 2,320 square foot facility provides state-of-the-art manufacturing of quality injection molded plastic taps, dispensers, connectors and dispensing fitments, perfectly suited to the stringent standards of the bio-pharmaceutical, medical device, and electronic markets.
The environmentally controlled room meets Class 10,000 standards and features HEPA filter units to extract even the smallest dust particles, reaching impeccable hygiene levels and maintaining product quality and integrity.
Every stage of the production process is carefully controlled and monitored to eliminate the risk of contamination. Components are manufactured in a laminar airflow environment. A strict no cardboard policy in the manufacturing area further reduces air particle count.
